Introduction to Disability Management

The role of a disability support worker is largely versatile working with different disabilities, situations, and personalities. A disability support worker should be reliable, patient, respectful, energetic, have the ability to adapt, display empathy, advocate for participants rights, and always do things in the best interest of participants.
